The Canada Greener Homes Loan provides interest-free financing to support major energy efficiency upgrades in your home. You can receive up to $40,000 interest-free for eligible upgrades — as long as they are recommended by your home energy advisor during the audit.

Eligibility
To qualify, you must meet all four of the following criteria:
You must own and reside in the home
Property must be in Ontario and be your primary residence
You must complete a pre-retrofit energy audit
You must have filed your income tax within the last 2 years
