Eligibility
To qualify, you must meet all five of the following criteria:
You must own a residential property in the City of Toronto
Property taxes must be up to date
You must complete a pre-retrofit energy audit
Cannot have received the same rebates previously
The property must be eligible under the City of Toronto HELP guidelines
